I am a kitchen designer and my client selected this product. I am telling her to reselect because this flush installation information is no where on the site and I read the part is not even available. BIG FAIL!!

I have the stove installed and now read this part is required but out of stock. In addition there are no photos of its intended position nor are there instructions. Finally, the flush mount of this $2500 oven looks like trash without this 'required' $50 part that cannot even be purchased at this time. Whirlpool/Kitchenaid needs to get their product launch team reorganized. This is worst-in-class customer experience stuff.
