Good idea, bad workmanship

The freshener is wonderful when it is working, it lasted about 5 months, I followed instructions and clean the equipment it stop working. I will stop buying Whirlpool, it seems the workmanship is not longer reliable. I am really sadden.

I use the fabric freshener almost everyday for few months, I decided to clean it and follow the instructions with the vinegar. Now is not working!

THIS MACHINE DOES NOTHING, YOU HAVE TO HANG ONLY ONE GARMENT AT A TIME AND IT HARDLY HAS ANY IMPACT OTHER THAN INCREASING YOUR ELECTRICITY BILL!

this is a very excellent product, when it works. I have purchased 8 of these in the last few years and the work for about 1 year and then die. I truly wish the workmanship was better. it would be a fantastic product. thanks jim r
